O-Y-T™ is our pride — a matcha five years in the making, developed in close collaboration with the producer at Hoshinomura, one of Yame’s most respected tencha-growing villages. The name spells out its cultivars: Okumidori, Yabukita, and Tsuyuhikari, shaded for 14 to 21 days before harvest. The proportions shift slightly each season to maintain the taste, colour, and quality we hold to.

The blend takes a warmer, grounded direction. Toasted rice and cereal arrive first, followed by roasted nori and sweet peanut, with a long finish that settles into chocolate cookie. Rich without heaviness — the kind of tea that asks you to slow down.

The label artwork is a collaboration with Tokyo-based artist Yunico Uchiyama — @yunico_uchiyama.
